Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks on the evening of April 1, 2024. The sky is getting brighter as the summer is closing in. Got a few shots before the comet went behind the mountain side. Details: Canon 800D, Sigma 50-500 mm. Mount: Unitec Swat-200.

Beautiful auroral activity on March 4/5, 2024. There was an intense, and brief, spiral in front of the aurora at am 02.00 (local time) on March 05, 2024. Just above the mountain. It turned out to be a Falcon-9 rocket (2nd-stage) from SpaceX. A fireball was also captured during the observation run. Please, find times notated on the images. A bright meteor (fireball) lit up the sky at UTC 22:36 on 2 January 2024. The image shows the fireball over the Sunnmøre Alps, Ørsta. As for the predicted aurora, it was only a mild display. Please, find timestamp on images. Photo details: Canon 650D, Samyang 8 mm fisheye-lens.
